Description
Kisspeptin-10 is the shortest bioactive fragment of the kisspeptin family, consisting of the C-terminal 10 amino acids of the full-length kisspeptin-54 molecule. It acts through the GPR54 (KISS1R) receptor and plays a critical role in the regulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis. Research has demonstrated its potent ability to stimulate GnRH release, which in turn triggers LH and FSH secretion. It is a key research tool for studying reproductive endocrinology, puberty onset, and fertility regulation.
