Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
Packaging
All peptides are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Products are sealed in temperature-controlled containers when required. Cold chain shipping with ice packs is available for temperature-sensitive compounds.
Returns
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping costs. Contact [email protected] to initiate a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no additional charge.
